RUTILATED QUARTZ CABOCHON (BRAZIL) – 18.84 ct. OVAL

A very clean rutilated quartz cabochon I specially cut to frame a visually interesting group of golden crystals. It should definitely be set in an open back mounting so the rutile threads and bundles can be highlighted as light passes through the stone. It has a few very small non-rutile inclusions that are barely noticeable. Low curved dome with high polish front and back. It measures approx. 21.94 x 29.35 x 3.47 mm. (All uses, N)
