FINE OLD COLORFUL APACHE AGATE DESIGNER CABOCHON – 22.54 CT.

I cut this cabochon from a parcel of now-rare Mexican Apache agate I bought in the 1970s.  It displays the bold and attractive colors typical of fine agates from that source. This stone has one included area that wouldn’t cut out without destroying the pattern. It’s a fine piece as-is. It weighs approx. 22.54 ct. and measures 30 x 26.5 x 4 mm. Great polish front and back, cut for easy setting. (All uses, N)
