Created in the aftermath of the last great eruption of the Yellowstone super volcano, this famous dendritic agate is found over a wide region of northern Montana along the Yellowstone River. This custom cut stone shows a variety of “scenes” in black against a translucent background. This quality is getting scarce. A flattish stone to better show the “scenery.” Weight: approx. 9.48 ct.
