Ordering from Art Cut Gems is very safe and simple. You have several options.
INTERNATIONAL AND CALIFORNIA RESALE ORDERS SEE BELOW
|U.S. Only On-Line Shopping Cart Orders|
USE OUR HANDY SHOPPING CART for on-line Credit Card, PayPal, Money Order, Personal & Business Checks and Fax purchases. You do not need to open a PayPal account to use it to make purchases.
For your on-line safety our Shopping Cart uses state-of-the-art Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). Your personal and credit card information is secure in our system.
After you have selected your item(s) click on “View Cart” if you’re not already at the Shopping Cart page. You can remove items by selecting the boxes at the top of the page then clicking on Update Cart. After you have reviewed and approved the contents of the Cart, select a Shipping Method from the drop-down list. Be sure to enter your Postal Code from the list. IMPORTANT NOTE: SALE ITEMS AND CUSTOM ORDERS DO NOT QUALIFY FOR OUR 10-DAY-RETURN POLICY OR FOR FURTHER DISCOUNTS. THEY ARE NON-RETURNABLE AND SOLD AS-IS PER ITEM DESCRIPTIONS.
PAY PAL: Checking the PayPal box will take you directly to the PayPal site. You don’t have to open an account to use PayPal to pay for orders from us. If you’re ordering with an existing account, have your password information ready.
MONEY ORDERS, CERTIFIED CHECKS, PERSONAL or BUSINESS CHECKS: Send to Martin Designs, 5235 Mission Oaks Blvd. #843, Camarillo, CA 93012-5400 and make payable to Martin Designs or Art Cut Gems. You must include a print-out of the Order Confirmation Email you receive after Shopping Cart checkout. All checks must fully clear our bank before orders are shipped. That can delay shipment for as much as 2 weeks.
FAX: Fax the Order Confirmation Email you receive after checkout along with your Credit Card or Pay Pal information to 805-389-3117. This is a secure fax with access limited to selected employees.
|OFF-LINE ORDERING OPTIONS|
PHONE ODERS: Due to a recent accident my hearing was damaged and I can no longer use the phone reliably. Choose one of the other options or specify PayPal payment by email. I'll send you a PayPal request for payment, my preferred payment method. You need not join PayPal to do this and it's simple and free. This is the best payment method for international and APO orders. If you have questions or cocerns, email me.
FAX OR MAIL ORDERS: If you choose not to use the Shopping Cart and wish to fax or mail your order, email us with the Item Name & Item Code (the code is above the main picture when you click on an item), your shipping address and contact phone number. Also please specify how you will be paying. We will notify you of the total amount due. We will reserve the item for 10 days.
If payment is not received within 10 days the item will be returned to active stock. Good funds for all checks must be received by us before orders are shipped. That can delay shipment for 2 weeks or more.
|CALIFORNIA RESALE NUMBER ORDERS|
Do not use the Shopping Cart. Place your order ONLY by email, phone or mail. All California Shopping Cart orders will be taxed and the tax is non-refundable.
|DOMESTIC U.S. SHIPPING|
The Shopping Cart defaults to two shipping methods: U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail and Priority Mail. Insurance for the full amount of the purchase is automatically included in the shipping charge.
We will ship most orders totaling above $1,000 by Registered First Class mail at our discretion. If we choose that option we will pay the difference above the Shopping Cart postage/insurance at no cost to the customer. If the item is returned for any reason, however, we will deduct total shipping costs from the refund.
Art Cut Gems will not be responsible for merchandise losses due to pilferage or misdirection , etc. during shipping. Insurance on goods is the responsibility of the buyer.
Martin Designs – Art Cut Gems will not be bound by typographical or pricing errors on this site or in other communications.
We reserve the right to refuse a sale to any person or entity for any reason.
We obey all laws including the United States Patriot Act.
We ship only to confirmed credit card billing addresses. We may phone, email or otherwise contact buyers regarding details of their purchase and payment method. We can communicate only with the person who is paying for the item.
We implement stringent security procedures on all orders for our gems and jewelry. Those procedures include any or all of the following:
Third party background checks for fraud associated with persons or credit cards making a purchase.
Logging of all incoming I.P. addresses.
Verification of all credit card AVVS and Card Code Verification details.
Reverse-tracing of all orders and credit card information to the origination point to avoid fraud.
